•Establishes sales & distribution plans and strategies to expand customer base.
•Assist in creation & development of strategic marketing plans.
•Prepares & develops action plans by teams as well as by individuals for effective search of sales leads, prospects & penetration of new markets.
•Develop new sales & distribution techniques via performing appropriate market analysis & determining appropriate distribution & sales channels.
•Coordinate with sales, marketing & technical support teams to facilitate knowledge sharing & proper implementation of sales, distribution & marketing plan.
•Overseas, directs, motivates & performs follow up on current & future dealers providing them with appropriate information about milking machines, equipments & technical services provided to entry line customers in addition to appropriate sales & distribution techniques.
•Estimates & calculates return on sales “ROS” in addition to issuing relevant evaluation & progress reports.
• Generate sales lead, increase production & distribution awareness.
•Provides, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, in a timely manner, while maintaining maximum profit margin.
•Provide customer support by handling customer inquiries, claims & suggestions for development.
•Predict potential sales & asses customer preferences through efficient direct & indirect communication with customers.
•Prepares presentation materials for company promotion, orientation, sales & distribution training courses.
